About the Journal

SENGKETA: Journal of Public Law and Administrative Justice (P-ISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is an international journal published by Kiswantara Academic Publishing that applies a double-blind peer-review process. The journal publishes high-quality scholarly articles in the fields of law and Sharia, including research articles, conceptual papers, field studies, legal theory and philosophy, constitutional law, socio-legal studies, jurisprudence, and contemporary legal issues. SENGKETA: Journal of Public Law and Administrative Justice is published twice a year, in April and October. Before Submission 

This journal accepts original manuscripts in English or Indonesian from authors worldwide. To uphold publication ethics, all manuscripts are screened using Turnitin, and those with a similarity index above 20% will be rejected prior to the peer review process. All submitted manuscripts must follow the journal’s guidelines and be processed through the SENGKETA: Journal of Public Law and Administrative Justice Open Journal System (OJS).
