Kesenjangan Digital Pendidikan: Infrastruktur, Literasi dan Keadilan Akses Sekolah

Penelitianl ini membahas kesenjangan digital pendidikan sebagai isu strategis dalam transformasi sekolah. Peningkatan penetrasi internet nasional belum otomatis menjamin pemerataan pembelajaran digital karena akses perangkat, kualitas koneksi, literasi guru, keamanan data, dan dukungan keluarga masih beragam. Dengan menggunakan studi literatur dan sintesis data sekunder dari APJII, BPS, UNESCO, OECD, dan World Bank, Penelitian ini mengusulkan Digital Divide Index sebagai kerangka awal untuk menilai kerentanan satuan pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital pendidikan perlu dipahami sebagai perubahan ekosistem, bukan sekadar distribusi perangkat atau penggunaan aplikasi. Kebijakan sekolah digital yang adil harus menggabungkan infrastruktur, kapasitas guru, konten berkualitas, tata kelola data, dan strategi pendampingan bagi kelompok rentan.
