International Journal of Public Governance Transformation is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published twice a year, in May and November. The journal publishes scholarly articles on public policy transformation, governance reform, institutional development, public sector innovation, and various social and political issues related to public policy. International Journal of Public Governance Transformation welcomes original articles examining policy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and development, with particular emphasis on sustainable development, inclusiveness, accountability, and the socio-political dynamics of governance.

Before Submission
International Journal of Public Governance Transformation is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal published biannually in April and October. JPPT welcomes original manuscripts from authors worldwide in the fields of public policy, governance, institutional reform, public administration, and policy transformation. All submissions must be written in English, must be original, and must not be under review or previously published elsewhere. To ensure academic integrity, all manuscripts are screened using Turnitin. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% will be rejected before the review process. JPPT is committed to promoting high-quality, policy-relevant, and socially responsive scholarship. Authors must follow the journal’s writing and formatting guidelines, as manuscripts that do not comply may be rejected during the initial editorial screening. All submissions must be made through the International Journal of Public Governance Transformation Online Journal System (OJS).
